The Broad street location is standard Subway food. It is what to be expected from any typical Subway restaurant. Location was easy to find at the corner of Orcutt and Broad and there is plenty of parking at the shopping center.
Was craving a tuna sandwich and it was a Friday so the foot long was on special. My only complaint was that the amount of tuna appeared pretty skimpy. Felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich with a small side of tuna on the bread.
The staff was courteous and friendly. I would probably go else where if I was craving a delicious sandwich, however Subway is the place for a quick option to go. -

When one orders a veggie delight sandwich, (which is what I only order, ever! ) one would like to taste veggies more than the dry bread it's on. It was like this "sandwich artist" was paying for the spinach and olives out of her paycheck. I was on my thirty minute lunch from work, had driven 200 miles that morning to get back to work, and I had a deal on my phone (weekly text alerts, this one was buy a footlong get chips and 22 oz drink free) about to expire. This location is closest to my work.
When I showed the cashier the page on my phone with the code (that typically the person working the register at other subways just types it in and we're good) looked at me like I just handed her a carved tablet written in Sanskrit. Her boss (I'm assuming he was anyway) came over and had to tell her how to redeem my offer and she stumbled a couple of times, but finally we got it right and I was back in my car driving well above the speed limit to get back to work in time, munching on my free bag of chips and drinking my free cup of water. (Cuz I don't drink soda full of artificial junk, I wish Subway had better fountain drink options, but that's a story for another review ) -

We walked in and we're not acknowledged at all. We stood at the counter for a bit before a man walked or from the back and stood behind the counter and just stared at me. I was still looking at the menu. I decided to order the black forest ham sandwich. He just stared at me waiting for me to tell him what kind of bread I wanted. It was kind of intimidating. The glass window had no choices of cheese or veggies or sauces so I had to point at want cheese I wanted because I'm no cheese master. I can't tell by looking. Then it was switched over to a lady who I couldn't understand because she was so quiet. I don't know, it just didn't seem like a happy friendly environment. It doesn't want make me want to come back.

Once again very disappointed and I really don't know why I bother trying. I had a text coupon for a deal so I thought I would give it a chance for the reduced price. I got 2 sandwiches for a decent price I also ordered the sandwich of the day which was Tuna. My sandwiches were okay, although the meat and cheese ratio is still not very good. I also had to keep asking for more on the sandwiches when it came to the veggies. I guess veggies cost as much as meat and must not be used.
The big problem was with the tuna sandwich. The scoop they use for the tuna is smaller than the scoop at Denny's to put butter on my pancakes. Then they spread it out so it is almost just a film on the bread. 3 scoops per 6 inch section. I must be a masochist to keep trying this place. Stay away unless you just want a $4 piece of bread. -

Ordered a black forest footlong meal for pickup, I should have checked the order. Got all ready to enjoy my sandwich, opened up the wrapper and it's tuna. Looks like someone got to enjoy my black forest ham sando and I got their yucky Tuna. No thanks.
If there was a next time, I would just go inside to get my meal so I can watch them not screw up my order.
